Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and ob999 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing or using the ob999 platform at ob999.bet, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them without modification or reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ob999 platform and refrain from creating an account or placing bets. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the ob999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ob999 strictly prohibits access by anyone under 21, without exception.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. False information will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of ob999, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise excluded by ob999. Any player who has requested self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent that restriction.

Account Registration

To access ob999 betting and gaming services you must open a player account. The following rules govern registration and account maintenance:

• Each player is permitted only one active account on ob999 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or a different one — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances, including winnings, being forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ob999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access due to credential disclosure.
• You must promptly notify ob999 if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ob999 may take immediate protective action, including temporary suspension, pending investigation.
• ob999 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Players are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and current. Changes to contact details or payment methods must be updated via the account settings or by contacting ob999 support.

KYC and Identity Verification

ob999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as part of its commitment to player protection and responsible gaming. All players are required to complete identity verification during registration, and additional verification may be requested at any time.

• Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. ob999 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts that have not completed KYC verification. ob999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing until all requested documentation has been received and verified.
• Information provided for KYC must be genuine and accurate. Submission of falsified, altered, or fraudulently obtained documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• ob999 may conduct periodic re-verification checks on existing accounts. Failure to provide updated documentation upon request may result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ob999 supports multiple payment methods tailored to Bangladesh. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and USDT. ob999 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits, though third-party provider fees may apply.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the name of the ob999 account holder. Deposits received from unrecognised or mismatched sources may be returned and the account subjected to review.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. ob999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by ob999 periodically without prior notice.
• Any attempt to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction through a payment provider constitutes a breach of these Terms. ob999 reserves the right to recover chargeback amounts from any available funds in the player's account.

Players are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. ob999 does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players. Transaction history records are accessible from the player account for personal record-keeping.

Bonuses and Promotions

ob999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time each offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules below:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. ob999 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the player is abusing the bonus system, including through low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise. ob999 uses technical controls to enforce this and will void bonus awards where duplication is detected.
• ob999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time. Active bonuses already credited at the time of discontinuation remain subject to their original terms unless players are notified otherwise.
• Seasonal promotions — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season offers — are subject to availability and may have shorter validity windows. Players must opt in within the specified time frame to qualify.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on ob999 are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to individual markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ob999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where ob999 has made a manifest error in odds or market offering, in which case ob999 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• ob999 reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time, including during live events. Where a market is suspended before a bet is fully processed, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In the event of an obvious technical error resulting in incorrectly displayed odds, ob999 reserves the right to void any bets struck at the erroneous odds and refund the stake to the player, regardless of whether the bet has already settled.
• ob999 operates maximum win limits per bet and per player per day. These limits are displayed within the platform and are subject to change. Players who consistently bet at or near the maximum stake limit may be subject to additional account review.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are subject to specific cricket betting rules available in the sportsbook section. In the event of match abandonment, all affected markets will be settled in accordance with ob999's event abandonment policy.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ob999. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's identity, payment method, or account to place bets or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, collusion, or activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event or casino game outcome.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or AI tool to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering. ob999 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by ob999.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration, KYC verification, deposit, or withdrawal processing.

Responsible Gaming

ob999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may configure session duration alerts and mandatory breaks within their account settings to manage time spent on the platform.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind players of the duration of their active session and the net result of their gaming activity during that session.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the ob999 platform without the express prior written consent of ob999. Unauthorised use of ob999's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ob999 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with a player's use of the ob999 platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
• Platform downtime, technical interruptions, or loss of connectivity that prevents a player from placing or settling bets, accessing their account, or completing a withdrawal during such period.
• Errors in odds, game results, or market settlements arising from third-party data feed failures, where ob999 has acted in good faith on the data available to it at the time of settlement.
• Any loss or damage arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure, including loss resulting from unauthorised access by a third party who obtained the player's login details through credential disclosure.

Account Suspension and Termination

ob999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account under any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 08.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required period, or has provided false or inadequate documentation.
• ob999 is required to do so by a law enforcement authority, regulatory body, court order, or other applicable legal requirement.
• The player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. ob999 will provide reasonable notice before applying any dormant account policy and will return available funds to the player's registered payment method where technically feasible.

Amendments to These Terms

ob999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ob999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the address registered on the player's account. The effective date of any amended Terms will be clearly stated.

Your continued use of the ob999 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your available account balance in accordance with the current withdrawal procedures.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. ob999 operates as a safe and reliable online platform and is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. Players with a complaint are encouraged to contact ob999 support in the first instance, providing full details of the issue. ob999 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days.
